16:30	Arrival of the participants at Rauma City hall
17:15	Opening ceremony at Rauma Market Place
19:00	Dinner at Raumanmeri
22:00 -23:00	Transportation back to the hotels

 

Wednesday 13.6. Study tours

8:00	Pick-up from the hotels in Rauma (study tours 1 – 4)
8:45	Pick-up from the hotels in Uusikaupunki (study tours 5 – 7)
	Study tours around Southwest Finland
16:30-17:15	Arrival at hotels in UUSIKAUPUNKI, free time
17:00-18.00	Arrival at hotels in RAUMA, free time
18:20	Transportation to Fåfänga for participants staying in UUSIKAUPUNKI
19:00	Transportation to Fåfänga for participants staying in RAUMA
19:30 –	Cooperation café at Fåfänga organized by ENRD
	Optional: get to know the Raumanmeri bay area (Kiikartorni lookout tower, Suvitie marina, Merijakamo terrace, Fåfänga area)
20:30 –	Standing dinner by the sea at Fåfänga
22:00-23:30	Transportation back to the hotels

 

Thursday 14.6. LINC Sailing

8:00	Pick-up from the hotels in RAUMA
8:45	Pick-up from the hotels in UUSIKAUPUNKI
9:30	LINC Sailing to Katanpää island
11:00-	Katanpää island; sports competitions, European Buffet
15:00	LINC Sailing back to mainland
17:00	Arrival at hotels in Uusikaupunki, free time
18:00	Arrival at hotels in Rauma, free time
18:15	Transportation to the Closing ceremony for participants staying in UUSIKAUPUNKI
